Privacy Notice

Last updated August 18, 2026

Our commitment

NayPal is built to help you understand your finances without turning your financial life into an advertising product. We collect only the information needed to provide, secure and improve the service.

Information we process

We process your Google account identity, imported transaction records, detected subscriptions, cancellation statuses, and support conversations. We also collect cookieless product analytics such as page views and feature events.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, detect recurring charges, calculate subscription totals and alerts, remember cancellation status, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Infrastructure and processors

Application data, authentication, analytics, and support are provided through Result Backend. Google provides the sign-in identity flow.

Data controls

Settings holds both controls directly: Export CSV writes every transaction NayPal holds for you to a file, and Delete all imported data removes every transaction, detected subscription and import record immediately. For deletion of the sign-in account itself, contact support through the in-app launcher.

Security and retention

Financial rows are protected by owner-level access policies. Private files require authenticated, expiring access. We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, fraud-prevention and billing obligations.
